Red Dawg Barricade Nozzle

Introducing some piece of mind for your operators. This complex nozzle couldn’t be any simpler to operate. Run as your would any other nozzle and its inherent design features will help prevent blown toilets. There can be no way to completely prevent this scenario while using high-pressure water, but we have found a way to prevent it as much as possible. The anodized billet aluminum body provides plenty of strength while not adding the burden of weight. The two configurations shown the in the picture above allows for operation in 6” and 8” main lines. A simple swap of the stainless steel fins lets this nozzle ride in the most effective position possible. When the fins are worn out, a simple bolt removal is all that is needed for repair. This nozzle excels at chemical application as well.

This nozzle works best with flows from 65 up to 100 GPM and pipes from 6" to 10".

Questions and Answers Regarding the Barricade Nozzle:

What is the Barricade used for?

  • This nozzle is used for many tasks. It was initially designed for the production cleaning environment with sensitive mainlines. It also does very well applying degreaser chemicals on lines that frequently have FOG issues.

What do the fan jets do?

  • The fan jets help produce a air-blocking stream of water. This helps prevent the venturi effect that results in pulling a vacuum on toilets.

Why is the body red?

  • The Barricade nozzle body is made from billet 6061 aluminum (1-piece) that has been anodized red (to prevent corrosion).
